We collect business contact details you submit through our forms, and call metadata generated by our tracking numbers, including caller number, time, duration, location, and call recordings where permitted by law.
How we use information
Call and lead data is used solely to route calls, verify whether a call meets your agreed qualification criteria, produce billing records, and improve campaign targeting.
Sharing
We do not sell or resell caller data. Data is shared only with the client whose campaign generated the call and with service providers that host our telephony and analytics infrastructure.
Retention
Call records and recordings are retained for 12 months for billing dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business data at any time by contacting us.
